It was a limited run but that 55 gallon barrel kept them going for a long time. Long enough their original attempt was just to get another 55 gallon drum from Lydia. Given the risk one would assume 55 gallons makes quite a bit. Also, were they not going to get $5 million each from just selling the 1k gallons? $15 million is a lot to front so they must have been expecting several fold in return.

I might be wrong, but I seem to remember Walt saying that once it was cooked, the methylamine was worth over $300 million.

I think he kills Hank, or arranges to have Hank killed. Maybe even some sort of Rashkalnikov moment leading to one of his kids being killed since the show is big on consequences. The nihilism has been escalating. Where to go from arranging mass murder with nazis?

if BB does go w/consequences then Walt dies (currently hinting at scarface style), Jesse commits suicide because he cant live with himself

I actually predict Walt lives out the rest of his shitbag existence as a worse consequence. The ending as I imagine it is similar to the ending for Godfather 3.

Good take though I have no idea if it is being considered.

Can you imagine if Sky, Walt Jr., and Holly die somehow because of Walt's actions!

Perhaps a stretch, but the show has long left reality based episodes.

And there would be Walt, pondering what his actions have wrought, knowing he;s going to die of cancer too.

Remember, ironically, it was all going to be for "his family".

I'd like to ask some one who did better than I did in math classes to give us estimates for the amount of cash in the storage locker. You can start with a lowball estimate with every bill being a washington, up to a highball estimate of every bill being a Benjamin. Some common level ratios and average means with tangents for square roots to give us a mix of estimates based on monetary supply would also be appreciated.

Even in S5, Walt is still not as bad ass as Gus Fring IMO or not as crazy as Tuco

I'll stab

Assuming they were average denominations of 50. There are different color bands there. The stack went about 40 high. 5k in each wrap. 200k average in each stack. Looks like about 15 x 15 stacks, so its 15 x 15 x 40 x 5,000....

$45,000,000

If they were Washington's it would be about $1,000,000. If they were Benji's it would be about $90,000,000

That's some serious cheese. We are not even accounting for what Skylar laundered.
