This could be an important point. Basically, able to come at Walt.

I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt but these past few episodes only reaffirmed my belief that they should have ended the show last season. This season seems to be on-par with S5 of The Wire -- still good television but definitely not ending on a high-note.
That being said, I'm surprised Mike lasted this long. He was a great character but that's happens when you don't follow through with your half-measures speech.

You're nuts. The open of Ep 6 was one of the finest moments of the entire run.

Ricin perhaps?

Killing Mike did seem contrived and a bit over the top.

But Walt poisoning Hank ( as Hank closes in on him ) would be waaay over the top.

Maybe as the finale. But it's a real long shot and I can't imagine it.

And of course my guess is that Jesse is far from retired. Also, It's hard to imagine Matt becoming a major character. Saul is such an entertaining character it would be sad to see him go.

Don't you remember when Mike and his lawyer made the rounds to a few prisons with Mike posing as the lawyers new para legal? They were visiting the nine guys from Mike's crew so Mike could assure them they would continue to get their legacy pay.

Nice call. I didn't even think of that. Next episode, Hank lets slip that he's the only thing in the world that keeps the DEA pursuing Ermentraut and Heisenberg. Walt poisons Hank or at least seems to. Fade to Black, see you next summer.

Is Mike really dead? We didn't see him flat line.

He fell over at the last moment before the end.

I think the show is referencing Carlito's Way in addition to Scarface. Just speculation but I think Walt will kill Jesse next week.

At least one is in prison. We see the lawyer visit one and the DEA talking to a guy in the previews (may be the same person, may not). Two that weren't are already dead.

An interview with Todd's character said he knows his character has a secret - but he didn't know what it was. This was prior to the post-kill episode showing he has the spider - maybe that's the secret or not.

Don't know how you guys think this season is suddenly contrived. Walt blowing up Tuco's hideout with fake meth wasn't? .

Loved the look on Gomez's face in that scene! I seriously laughed for two or three minutes.

Has anyone else noticed Jesse rather resembles a tad-pole? Very big head, oddly shaped, on top of a skinny, underdeveloped looking body.

Hadn't really thought of it that way. I thought he looked more like a blond Tootsie Pop.

Any one mind telling me why Walt and Jesse keep their hair shaved??
