Just about impossible to find in video... audio is somewhat easier... if you can find the Canadian troupe The Frantics from the 80's:

The most fun is watching a live Second City show. The ability of the actors to segue between sketches is very impressive - one bit with transition to another bit and will bits performed earlier in the show are unexpectedly referred to later in the show. As an added plus, the improv shows after the second show on Friday and Saturday nights are a scream. In the past, I've seen Rachel Dratch, Tina Fey and a couple of others who made it to TV.

One of my favorite and one of the longest running is the Upright Citizens Brigade. The Whitest Kids Y'know? has a few funny moments. Uhhh... I have been a sketch afficionado for close to 15 years now and I've been drinking. I'll get back to this thread when I tuck into the amphetamine salts in the morning.
