Completely unlucky. Sexual assualt can mean many things here, a boob or butt touch, who knows. The biggest loser in this whole thing, the bar owner. What's a 20 y.o. girl doing drinking in your club?

I'm biased, but I've never liked the guy.

I think that with his recent history, he should be smart enough not to put himself in the position to be accused of sexual assault. Going out to clubs, partying and etc in his position opening himself up to gold diggers is not a very smart thing.
