What to do with an hourglass body shape

ok so this is really pissing me off, my body is like an hourglass.

when i put on a slouchy cardigan with an elastic hem it pulls (albeit not with elasticity) to the inside of my mid chest and then goes out again when it reaches my waist/thighs.

like these are my measurements taken last week on bare body.

waist: 30'
hips at widest point: 36'

idk what to do.

Lots of core workouts. Especially side planks, side crunches, sidewinders...you get the drift. Build up your shoulders, back, chest, and calves to balance out the big hips and thighs. Lose bodyfat, and some will inevitably come off your hips and thighs.

Best of luck.

If you have wide hips, the best thing you can do for your proportions, as wmmk suggests, is to build up your shoulders, back, and chest. You should also avoid shirts that taper excessively toward the waist, especially if they're tucked in. Think of how a woman might dress to show off her curvy hips, and do the exact opposite

i don't think you can have much body fat with a 30 inch waist

A thirty inch waist and thirty-six around the hips doesn't sound like an hourglass to me.

i think you might have a gynoid fat pattern.

try incorporating yohimbine and caffeine into a lower calorie diet

call yourself lucky. A lot of girls have to trick the eye to make it seem like they have hips.

Post pics or nobody knows what you're really talking about and in the end, cannot help you achieve your desirable look.

+1, without pics, all we can do is stab in the dark and tell you that you'd look great after a boob job.

i don't think you can have much body fat with a 30 inch waist, but you can operate your self or make a diet
