Hey, I found this hairstyle online. I have long hair right now - how would you go about emulating this hairstyle?

Mousse. Other than that you have to have the hairline for it

Straight Hair can be thick or thin but when in perfect, shiny condition, it gives the impression of a shimmering sheet of hair. A straight, blunt cut to the length you decide is best. A body wave will create movement and curlers will help add height.

My hair is fairly wavy at the moment. Naturally curly, but I had it straightened (chemically) about a month or two ago. I am going to wait another month or two to let more of my curls grow in from the base/root of my hair and then hopefully get a haircut similiar to that.

We will see how it goes, and also good luck, from your picture, I would think your hair would be able to acheive this look, as long as the hairstylist can do it.
