Would you laugh?

I just got back from my gym and was running on the treadmill since it's raining here in LA today

Anyway, some guy was checking out a girl in the treadmill area. Someone on the next treadmill had just finished but left the treadmill running and didn't turn it off. The guy stood on the treadmill next to the girl to talk to her while staring at her and didn't notice the treadmill was still running. He literally flipped over and fell onto the girl's treadmill, almost landing on her.

He wasn't hurt but I'm sure his pride was...

I couldn't help but laugh (mainly b/c he wasn't hurt)... The woman next to me reprimanded me for laughing, but it was pretty funny.

I would definitely laugh. One of those "I'm trying not to laugh, laughs" which just makes it worse. Still, people who leave equipment running should reincarnate as insects...

Absolutely I would laugh and I would expect anyone who witnessed me substituting busting my ass for saying hello to do the same.

Definite laugh riot. The guy should have even laughed at himself, it would be the only way to save any semblance of dignity. Getting upset at others who laugh at his misfortune would just make him look like a bigger putz.

I laughed reading it. So I would have really laughed seeing it. Anyone who looked at me like I am the ass for doing so would probably get a C-punt.
