With regard to the sizing, I wear an 8.5E UK in most Lobbs and an 8.5/9 on the EG 89 last and a 9/9.5 on the 888. I can't comment with respect to any other brands. I don't have a lot of free time to figure out and fill out the customs declarations through FedEx or UPS. As far as shipping through USPS, I don't have the time to make trips down there. I ship everything through FedEx (print label, they pickup, etc.) Also, the worry with international is that if something isn't right with the item (I mixed up a pair once), then I'm on the hook for potentially very expensive return shipping plus any customs hassles. Lastly, I don't know a lot about nor do I have much experience with PayPal international payments; it's not clear to me if you can be PayPal Confirmed abroad and what the seller protections from charge-backs are. It's purely economic, nothing personal.
