I recently bought a pair of Crockett & Jones "handgrade" double-monk strap shoes from eBay seller Grapevinehill for $196.45 shipped. Upon their arrival, I polished them to a burgundy & dark brown antique color, but have never worn them. I'm selling them because I've been in a weird "simplify your life" mood recently and I don't think I really need these shoes (I know, I know). Honestly, I think I'd get more mileage out of a pair of #8 Shell Cordovan Alden 990s so I'm sort of saving up for those. Anyways, ramblings aside, I do really really like these shoes, and I won't sell them if I have to take a huge loss. As for condition, they have never been worn and the soles aren't scratched. Obviously, they have been polished. If you buy the shoes from me, I'll include the brown Saphir cream I used to darken them. Like diorshoe and tiger02 mentioned, the creases will lighten as the wearer walks around in the shoe. The saphir cream is included so that you can reapply it to those areas should you so choose. Alternatively, you could just take 'em to a cobbler and get the polish stripped off if you wanted to. Size is 8.5 D. $180 shipped priority w/ insurance and delivery confirmation. If you're interested, send me a PM.
