His food in general is disgusting. People with poor eating habits are never satisfied, so they either eat until they can't eat any more or they just torture themselves with selective starvation. These are the people who lunge across the table to grab a piece of bread as soon as the waiter comes by to take drink orders.

I know after I eat a dried-out dissected piece of chicken with syrup on it I want the rich taste of canned carbonated cleanser to wash down some saccharine loaves of butter and candy.

This all seems a little too complicated and involved. I really don't think it is that hard to lose a few pounds if you are young kind of skinnyfat guy.

I was/am in a similar situation to you conne - several years of awful food, loads of booze and no exercise at university. In my final year I did literally no exercise, I barely even walked anywhere, and only ate take out.
I found by having two healthy-ish fairly low calorie meals a day (oat muesli with skimmed milk for breakfast, salad with either tinned tuna or chicken/beef I marinate and cook the night before for lunch) and getting a little regular exercise I have gone back to the weight I was before uni in a few months and feel fitter. Aside from those two meals I still basically eat whatever I want, although I do pay a bit more attention to it than I used to.

All of this recording it and making a song and dance about it just seems like an excuse not to get down to actually eating better and exercising more.

Also I don't like the title of this thread.

You're doing great, Conne. Think of all this disgusting food you're no longer eating.

You guys should be proud of me: I said, "I want a milkshake" so I got in the car and went to get one. On the way I said "Do I really need this?" and realized that I did not. So I bought a Twix and had just one-half of the bar. I feel that I satisfied my sweet tooth and I am now realizing that I don't need an entire shake to do that.

You should try the Christie Brinkley diet: if you want a Twix chew one up in your mouth but instead of swallowing spit it out. It works for her shes like 70 and is still skinny. Its like wine tasting where you dont have to swallow because mostly the back of your tongue tastes bitterness, all the sweet is the tip.

My brother had Billy Joel as a patient after he crashed his car drunk off his ass in Long Island. My brother gave him a bed pan to sign and he put, "Dont take **** from noboby!"
