Cut out the orange juice and cookies and that's a pretty good day.

If I were you I'd take out the OJ before I took out the toast. Also, why do you include that you added salt and pepper to your eggs but omit that you scrambled them in olive oil?
If you want to get incredibly picky about it, just swap out the olive oil for olive oil spray.
I like you,
but you sound stupid espousing this 'low carb' sermon on every thread. Congratulations on going from 250lbs. to just above 200. Lots of people lose weight on many different diets. Yours isn't anything magical or special.

I never said it wasn't good for you. If we want to get picky, Why is the one who's made that claim. Why? In what parallel universe is olive oil not good for you?
Yeah, I don't know why I bought the Chips Ahoy. And you're right; they aren't even good. There are a lot of bakeries around here at which I could get a small treat. I just threw the Chips Ahoy in the garbage. Field, re: breakfast. That's too much? I usually feel perfectly satiated but not overstuffed. Perhaps cutting out the toast would be a good idea as I really like to have bread (sandwich) at lunch. P.S. one addition to today's log: 1.5 tbsp. unsalted peanut butter.
If you're going to have toast I'd for sure cut out the OJ. Scrambling eggs in olive oil really isn't a negative thing.
Those clearly aren't comparable.
I only sound stupid if you don't pay attention. It's not "low carb." It's removing simple carbs. Big difference. Keep up the fiber, keep up moderate amounts of complex, just get rid of the simples (to a massive degree).
So, you coming out for lunch when I'm there? You'll have to be nice as Mrs. Piob will be with me.Originally Posted by Piobaire
What? I personally use olive oil, but if he or anyone else wants to be that picky about the fats and calories the stuff carries, then he could always use the spray. I'm saying this in the context of coating a pan before cooking, FWIW, not for topping your salads or whatever with.

How so? Eating 'whole' oranges and orange juice are two ways to consume the fruit, with different ways the palate is tickled. Flambeurs post made little sense, imo.
