I'm not aware of a test for men. The problem is that HPV usually doesn't manifest itself in men, except as cancer. Genital warts are a comparatively rare strand (actually, I think two strands cause it) of HPV and most HPV carriers will never get them.

I first learned about it when I was lobbying. Florida was considering mandating an HPV vaccine for all girls and there was a forty-year old man lobbying that men needed it as well. He had come down with throat cancer despite never smoking. Doctors eventually traced it back to HPV. His wife had the same strand manifest itself on her cervix.
