How do i get Rob Lowe's swept Hair look?

My hair is a similar colour and thickness to that of Rob Lowe, and i wanted to know the products in particular that i should use in order to get his hairstyle in 'Brothers and Sisters' or the link below:

The obvious answer is to take the picture to a competent hair dresser and have them advise you on whether you have the hair for that at all. It's impossible for us to also give you suggestions without a picture of your and what type of hair you're working with.
