Yeah maybe replace the orange juice with skim milk, that's a lot of sugar.

imo juices, especially without the pulp are wasted calories,as you are better off eating the whole fruit as it contains fibre

i know ppl who complain that they can not lose weight

''but i eat clean''

me ''but you have 2 smoothies a day...thats between 400-700 calories a smoothie''

that person cut out smoothies and lost 1.5 pounds a week

they are, but if he's putting in whole strawberries, peaches, and bananas, there's some good fiber, vitamins, and pigments in there that redeem them. Fuck the orange juice though.

I use it as a delivery system for all my nurtients more or less - so I put in cinimon, tumoric, ginger, chile, some of that super food crap (algi), and blueberries. I usually take my fish oil at the same time, too. I like raspberry gourmet whey, myself

Milk (skim)
Almonds (Whole)
Banana
Plain yogurt
Cottage cheese

It tastes fine, despite the fact that it may seem otherwise. Sometimes I add whey protein and/or glutamine.

A less carby alternative would be to replace the milk with water and the yogurt with whey protein, then add extra cottage cheese.

This morning, it was two scoops chocolate whey, tablespoon of natty PB, and half a cup of blueberries. Tasty breakfast on the go.

PWO, it's just been a 2:1 ratio of Gatorade powder to vanilla whey.

ON chocolate whey, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1 cup skim milk, banana, 3 ice cubes.

Keeping it pretty simple on the days I have it.
