The "nice" mall around here that includes Ann Taylor, J.Crew, Nordstroms, WIlliams-Sonoma, Macy's, and Pottery Barn.

Pretty standard fare, I think. Nordstrom/Saks/Neiman Marcus cater more to the wealthy than the fashionable (although we have a few boutiques that offer real designer stuff).

Top 5% isn't rich. Maybe top 1-2%? You only need to earn like 100k a year to be top 5. That hardly makes one rich.
