How about considering how much is tampered with before it even gets to the end source. In other words, what the purveyors administer ie. Hormones, antibiotics etc. I'm a DES baby, take a look into that one.

I once saw a cook drop a tray of meat balls on to a floor covered in that saw dust stuff they put on kitchen floors to wick up moisture. He picked them up and patted the stuff into them, YUM!
