W+H FW10/11 Outerwear Update

Moving on up... to a big penthouse in the sky.


There were only a handful of pieces in Vegas that didn't make the January trip to NYC. Still, it was worth the elevator trip up to the Skylofts at the MGM Grand to snap pics, grab a quick beer, swear to Rob Lo that I had nothing to do with the posting of his likeness in the W+H NYC thread, and also take a gander at the Fjallraven clothes collection (coming soon.)


Shawl collar terry jacket.


A restyling of the highly popular varsity jacket from FW09/10.


Shall collar vest is as comfortable as it appears.


Wool shorts, anyone?


It was great to see some color thrown in with the standard subdued palette...


But the jacket is also available in navy, just in case.

nice, interesting fabric for the terry jackets.

Is the fabric really rippled or is it just the knit that gives it that texture?

Thanks, whodini/Albert! I'm still unsure about that new varsity jacket restyling, but the new shawl collar vest is very nice. Any pics or info on any jackets similar to this past FW09's Melton Wool MK-2?

Denim didn't make it out to Vegas and no word on when it'll be previewed. There were a number of other outerwear pieces but they were all photographed in the previous W+H NYC thread. As I stated in the very first sentence, "There were only a handful of pieces in Vegas that didn't make the January trip to NYC."

varsity peacoat is horrible, the vest is awesome and the puffer pieces are CDW rips

Yeah I had to look twice as I was not sure if it was a peacoat or a varsity jacket
