For about two to three years, five couples got together every six weeks or so. Host couple was responsible for the entre course. The soup, salad, appetizer and dessert courses were assigned to one of the others. Each couple had to pair its course with a wine. Some people got very creative with courses and wine pairings. It was a lot of fun while it lasted. We still get together and do this on occasion, but no longer on a fixed schedule.
