They are Florsheim Custom Mades circa approx 1930. I'm a fan of vintage trees & went through maybe 20 pairs of vintage trees to find a pair that fit so well.
By the way, I've been told that the marking on the sole may well be the original price. $19.99. To put that in perspective, in the 1936 Weyenberg catalog (who made very nice shoes then), the shoes ranged from $2.25 for the "Economy Model" to $4.50 for the "Deluxe Captoe Oxford in Kangaroo".
