I'm not familiar with the maker, but they look like pretty low quality shoes. Certainly not worth their asking price, even on sale.

Spoodo- stay away from tarrago, it's almost the consistency of liquid. Don't use neutral wax either, it will kill your antiquing

Just so you know, shoe damage in this thread refers to spending, not actual damage. Having said that, there was a recent thread asking a similar question regarding Alden & loose stitching. I think the consensus was to send them back for a new pair.
