Sorry to interject here (I've been lurking on Styleforum for years, but post at AAAC), but I just wanted to point out that Corthay's on the 001 last at least are quite narrow in my experience. I wear a 12D (US) Allen Edmond and Alden in all lasts that I've tried, an 11E (UK) John Lobb in the 7000 last, and an 11.5E (UK) G&G in the DG70 last, but I had to go to a size 13 (US) for the Corthay Vendome and even then it's a very tight fit. I would highly recommend trying on some pairs in person before buying because it was a costly learning experience on my part.
