A quick stock take (and reno session) before new "damage" arrives.

Cleav, yeah, bad light + camera phone; will try harder another day.  Probably.  And those Church's monks have been in the sock thread on many occasions!

PB, although I do ascribe supernatural powers to you, I'm guessing that it just wasn't a good enough picture for even your eagle eye to pick out the only hand-welted shoes on show, and in fact you just know what Vass trees look like!  Also, they're not even black!  But oxblood is near enough for navy. :)

A72, thanks - spectators are not loved by all around here, but I do enjoy my dandy shoes more often than most.

Just pulling your leg on the shot Mimo, but you know that.

Thanks!  I've noticed you have a nice one, and I don't mean your syrup!

The monks are called "Becket", an older line, only just post-Prada and now replaced.  173 last, and really peachy leather - I'm not sure how the later models compare.

Some previous appearances (Click to show)

Warning: and a picture of a lady taking a nap. (Click to show)

(Sorry, searching back through my previously-submitted photos I found this strangely relevant again)

Good that you're around mate, very good.

I do remember those beauties now, how could I forget. Modern day Church's don't do it like those anymore...

I too have a button back sofa, they can leave an indentation or two on bare flesh so not sure how comfortable your young lady is! Comfort being the key of course...

Yeah that collection of spectators is pretty awesome...

Just thought I'd drop these here, since SF is near-devoid of Anthony Cleverley. Just got these today from Leather Soul. It's the Finchley in burgundy. I'm very happy with how the shoes turned out, it's my first foray into AC territory. Of all the RTW shoes I've seen, I'd say this is the neatest make, rivalled only by EG TD.

I like the cuban heal!

Yeah...those are nice. My first time of seeing pretty decent shots of the Cleverley RTW
