Long wait but worth it!

You are right, I saw black museum only on Chapels not on any other shoe in store. Did you have the choice of ordering them in Black Misty as well? If yes would you have gone for Misty instead of Museum

A modest $99 from the AE "Shoe Bank": a blessing to find reasonable shoes at that price; a curse that in the two weeks I've known about it I've already got four new pairs, and another on the way.  But I guess that kind of sickness is why we're all here!

And I have to say, I am delighted with these.

Latest Prada collection has some interesting takes on that late 1980s Italian hiker style.

Museum is way better than Misty. If given the choice I always go with Museum but sadly that is not always an option anymore.

I do not think I have seem black misty calf so I cannot say if I would choose Misty over Museum - I will check the John Lobb store next time I'm in New York to see if they have black misty on the floor. Black museum Seymour and black museum Wallace...

Another "Shoe Bank" special.  It's still about 35C here and these feel like wearing flip-flops on the beach. Very comfortable and smart enough for work.
