We all need a serving of greens...having said that, I find the G&G version most appealing.

I'm dying to see them go really well with an outfit. I think the shoes on their own are gorgeous. Green shoes with an outfit, I think I've lost hope in getting behind the idea. There's got to be a reason why there is seldom a picture of someone, in a full outfit, wearing green leather shoes.

I've got navy shell full strap loafers coming soon enough. That will be as far as I will stray from black/tan/brown/burgundy shoes.

I can never make them work. to my eyes it just never looks right. minority opinion to be sure.

green shoes were an expensive experiment and my best lesson to take from SF what works for me and not just go with the groupthink all the time

Perhaps green would best work in its darkest shade, close to black but with just enough colour to pop. Something which would look black in office lighting and show its true colours outside. I've heard the French really like their coloured shoes; the purples, the blues, the oranges, the greens, all of them.

Hmmm, I had a pair of green suede Dr Martins way back in my high school days. The things you can get away with in your youth.
