Just got these Carminas. There's an unsightly blemish on the toe-cap, are these fixable by polish? If not I'll have to return them.

Honestly, I'd leave it. Patina is awesome. Over time using a reddish polish will get rid of it, but if you want to get rid of it faster you'd have to use Renomat to strip it, then some pigmented cream polish followed by wax polish to build the finish back up.

jas0nt, that 'blemish' looks like nothing worse than burnishing, a readymade patina, far from a defect. Wear your pair in health with a discerning grin.
