Another new shoe? it must be the arrival of your bulk order from Alden. Another excellent choice.

I wish the Hong Kong store bother to more models in my size. And I must say the shell from Alden always feels very substantial.

How much creasing is supposed to happen on wholecuts? Seems a bit excessive to me after wearing it twice it was told it was normal will leave out the maker for now. uqu2ejad.jpg

Using a pair of shoe tree would help the crease. However, The creasing is quiet bad, it can be caused if you have a wide ball area.
Better check that out, otherwise the crease will build up badly and it is advisable for a clobber's job, or sell it to cut the loss.

I just got these shoes from BB (Peal & Co, made in England). I am pretty disappointed in the condition of the shoes. Am I being unreasonable or is this normal for a new pair of shoes (creasing and cracking)? I will be returning them, I am just wondering if I should complain.

whered you get them? were they supposed to be brand new?
If those were brand new, non seconds, than yes, exchange them or get a refund
