My Maternas have similar leather (brown though). Different than what we are used to from the Northampton guys, but very very nice as well.

Visiting Materna I found out that their shoes looks much better IRL than on the pics, especially the uppers. In this case the leather is very soft and that's why it looks old.

There was a sample during trunk show with these boots but I had the color changed, added the triple norwegian stitch, and changed the sole from a single leather to a dainite gumline sole.

F*cking awesome. These are for inside only?

Belgian Shoes. You guys are going to hate these. Probably the most comfortable shoes I currently own.

I wear them out too, but not for extensive walking. You send them back to the mothership when you develop a small hole in the padded leather sole, and they slap on a rubber protector.....

Okay I see. I'm really thinking about those for a while.

What do you wear them with, normal jeans?

X-post from the SC thread, enjoy gents.

Saint Crispin's 403S special make-up on the classic last, shrunken crust leather, color 606, 14mm outdoor sole.

Size 9,5F  - compared to my UK9,5E in C&J 337, 341, EG 202 and many others. Vass 43,5 in А and P2.

Many thanks to Denis from the Made-to-Order, Paris.

Mainly cords and khakis. Very versatile shoe actually. I wear them in place of boat shoes.
