Anyone know how the JM Weston Demi Chasse fits? I've got the Chasse, and the Weston size goes up 2 full sizes to get US fit (IE: 7 is a US 9). Does the Demi fit the same, or is it closer to US size?

Thanks all.

I like those a lot, except for the phallic medallion.

I always thought them "fallopian" rather than "phallic".

Meermin Linea Maestro MTO Ben Last Dark Brown Naturcalf

The most impressive photos I've personally seen from this line. Frankly, I've not been impressed with most of what I've seen on here from Meermin. These are quite the exception.

The last seems particularly elegant. Can you describe it's fit?

(edited to correct typo)

Jawja, that doesn't make any sense whatsoever!  The exception by which you've not been impressed, or just the most exceptionally impressive?  Is it mint julep time already (or is that Kentucky, I forget...)?

Ah, great to read I'm not the only sorry bugger who sees that particular brogue medallion as phallic. C&J may have tried a butterfly or something, but I do wish the end-result was different.

From the wearer's viewpoint, this medallion is 'phallic', but from the viewpoint of his vis-à-vis its 'fallopian'.

Like all things in life, it just depends on your position.

I always thought it was a ram's head...

oops! big TYPO. I meant to say that I have NOT been impressed with most of the Meermin (including linea maestro) that I've seen on here. foo.gif

And yes - mint juleps are mostly associates with Kentucky.

I"m a vodka, ice, twist guy myself.
