I have the McClain but never wear it as the shoe looks a bit busy and cluncky. I purchased after seeing a picture which had a slimming perspective. Out of the two Silver hands down.

I think that's why some of thoss vintage shoes really had an elegance to them that you rarely see any longer. Both shoes above are really nice but take away some of the eyelets to the bontoni and it would not look as impressive.
