Sadly I might have to let go of this pair as its half a size too small angry.gif

Beautiful - this is that droolworthy stuff Nore's been talking about nod[1].gif

Is there a texture to the hatchgrain? Or is the leather actually smooth?

the hatching on both is stunning -  thanks for posting

Anyone any idea whether G&G buys the skins hatched or do they do it in-house?

if you think so...

just wondering that there are size issues with GG. half of the vass thread has been full how difficult to size. it seems it's seems that is not solely their "problem" but it's all over the place. amirite.

Still trying to find out how old they are. The one piece leather stripe is quite unusual from what I have found.
Thinking 70's because of the style and the logo on the insole...
Any clue on age or value??

That age thing I will leave to isshinryu101 who has enormous experience on such matters. More snaps would be necessary.

Its more of a personal problem than G&G's in this case. Should've have worn in my uk7.5E G&G before placing my order. I'm closer to a uk8.

You flatter me, kind sir. Since you mentioned it, more pics (especially footbed, sidewalls and sole) would definitely help. From that pic, could be 70's... or much older. Either way, GREAT looking shoes, I think!
