The Dinkelackers are just plain ugly (and I say this as a German).

For some reason I have been on the fence about ordering a Dinkelacker Budapester style blucher on their Rio last (as pictured)...but this side view is GORGEOUS Banis, how does the triple sole feel compared to a double or single sole? Which online merchant did you purchase this from?

True.
Picture don't do any justice. They are really nice on the foot.

I bought these offline in Baden-Baden. There are several online shops where you can buy them online. For example, http://www.budapester.de/ Although, I do not know the pricing. Offline Dinkelackers start from EUR 599.

I can't say at the moment how triple sole feels. I have been wearing those only for approximately 20 minutes in the shop and had no chance to wear them after purchase.

+1 - fugly to the bone. What about a quadruple sole? They would look like the the plateau things David Lee Roth is wearing on the Van Halen I back cover...

It's obvious: Elton John is wearing Dinckelacker!
