I have a problem with first start in the morning with my car...please somebody help??

I have a C 320 2006, last year i had the same problem with first start in the morning winter time...i mean my car dosnt want to start unless if i give it gas than is ok,, when i sended it last winter to the dealer they changed the plugs and cleaned the injection...after that it was ok...but this winter since december it came back the same problem..every morning i have to give it gas than it start ...after that during the day i have no problem to start my car...i dont have any clue what should be that or from what does it hapend...I was back to the dealer and they told me to change the batteri, becouse it can help...but i dont want to spend more on things witch nobody is sure if this will resolve the problem or not...when i turn on the key on in the morning the lights are ok on display , and it dosn,t look like a batteri problem....anyway , please if there is somebody to help me figure out what it can be...thanx...Tony

Where do you live? What kind of temperatures are you talking about when you say "winter?"

my first thought was the battery as well. you can buy a cheap voltage meter from radio shack and see what the charge is in the morning, then the afternoon. if it is not holding a charge, then there you go. you have an 06 so a new battery wouldn't be out of line.

Ok i Live in Canada...And second it was the batteri...i renew it and now is ok.....thans for helping me...see you around..bye
