I have that on a suit too, every time I look down I feel like the pocket square is somewhere at my belly. Fortunately the rest of the suit fits too well to dump it.

He looks like something out of Hellraiser.

1. Its symptomatic of this site that a number of posters have gushed about that coat, not even noticing this glaring boobpacket. Some of them are regular/experienced posters too. Shocking.

2. More power to you. I would suggest you bin/fix it, but thats just me.

I guess on a site when users like NYR are sartorial icons, anything goes.

i've had a couple patch pockets lifted up a few inches by my tailor after i felt they were too low. very cheap and effective alteration, if it is a patch pocket.

I am 99.95% positive they are the aubercy special that Leffot did last year. So RTW.

I like the linen DB. Very nice summer casual jacket. I'd go sans flap though. And let the damn waist out! Looks like a sausage casing. The breast pocket looks fine to me. A hair low, but not freakishly low. ET, is Mina making you something now?

^What Parker said. I guess not all of us have the exacting eye of mrmax

Parker: have a couple of sportcoats in the works. A Minnis lambswool and a Barbera cashmere.

I think the angle of the photo is exaggerating it a bit.

Being the spokesperson for D&G fragrance I suppose he actually has to wear their stuff.

In a couple of years photos of either really skinny or really wide lapels will look very dated. Just another reason why it is good to avoid the extremes unless you plan to make a Goodwill donation in a season or two.

Agreed. From the photos the fabric looks terrible... looks like something Ken (you know Barbie's guy) would wear... 20 years ago. The best thing is he'll probably never wear it again. J
