I suspect that they are on their way to a fashion show. There are a few of these going on at the moment. It is customary, at such events, to dress in a creative way. Not everyone in the world works in a conservative office.

^I think it's a good thing that there are people out there willing to try pulling on some Damir Doma. That said, I will admit that I don't like the look of any of them - too much different items or out there styles piled on to become a train wreck.
