He should wear some boots and no tie with that blouson. I think it's quite the decent look for MCers that want a relatively casual outfit and not look like dads or wannabe teenagers (providing those horrid loafers and the tie are ditched). This is what Bruno Coocoocello should look like.
I have always loved the look of a suede blouson (very different than a bomber jacket, BTW). But I find the cut and drape of a blouson unflattering on most people unless you have broad shoulders and a trim waist. The blouson effect gives a gathered look at the waist adding visual girth that isn't so flattering on most. But the relaxed style, especial in suede is so appealling. I would own one if I had more of a V shape build.
