He was one of the pushiest salesmen I ever met. My wife did get some nice shoes, though.



I have a nice serge DB blazer as well. The cut is English military (Dege) and it is interesting how little stylistic changes can make a huge difference in the overall look.

Boxy compared to what? At some point, you must get away from whatever platonic ideal you have in your head and deal with the actual bodies wearing the clothes.

Agreed. It looks very good on him. It's got shape to it, which is what matters. Just because it's not shrink-fit onto him doesn't mean it doesn't fit.
