Already posted pics of all my SCs and I personally dont think any of them they (except the tweed one) work with jeans. Getting a SC made which in my op will work hardly warrants your comments regarding money to burn. The kind of SC I am thinking of getting will also work with trousers. Something like this or maybe a bit more casual with swelled edges
