Crotch blowing out on Nudies before proper fades develop

Just because I'm not happy. I know none of you give a shit. Wore these for 14 months, approx. 54 hours per week. Washed in cold water in the bathtub once (seven months in) after going fishing in them. The crotch is blowing out. Fades suck.

I've honestly never had a pair of jeans crotch blow on me and I've had a pair of finns for going on 2 years now.

I've never had a pair of New Standards last that long, even with repairs the fabric that covers up my fucking dick and my balls seems to just disintegrate after about a year and a half.

Happened to me on every pair of Nudies that I've owned. If you ride a bicycle or have bigger thighs, then it further aggravates things.

Getting it fixed is easy though. I always brought mine to the dry cleaner. They fixed it for about 20 bucks, and the repaired crotch held up very well. Give it a shot, especially if the rest of the jean is still in good shape.

nudies are pretty notorious for crotch blowouts. I think it's something about the proportions/fit of the front and back rises, or whatever. Also a lot of their denim's tend to be lower oz (not all, but many). Even the best will eventually wear out. Just get them patched/sewen up and keep workin' em.

I got a small crotch blowout on Nudies and destructive junk actually fell out of pants while going commando and i had to hold it in while running home from a public place crotch blow out on my Ande Whalls. Despite the Ande's being far superior quality and at least an ounce or two heavier, crotch blowouts come from fit, not quality. After a year of wear, unless you're wearing really loose/stretchy jeans or something with 17oz denim+, expect a blowout. You can take them to a tailor, $15 later, you can keep rocking them.

You guys are missing the point.

I don't give a shit about the blow-out. Look how shitty the fades are. I am simply stating my surprise that they would blow-out before real fades develop.
