We might cut Ernest some slack: he really can't help that he is consumed by envy.  If you look back over the several months that he has graced our company, he has on a number of occasions taken exception to statements made by others.  I guess I somewhat rankled him over a thread that had to do with the number of shirts purchased yearly.  Ernest becomes very defensive when claims are made by others that suggest that they have something, namely money and privilege, that he lacks...and which I, too, lack in any substantive quantity.  I've learned that the best way to deal with Ernest is to not deal with Ernest at all.  Kalra, when you said that Ernest's motivation for being nasty was envy, you hit the nail on the head.  I've given my two cents only because this was a good thread gone unnecessarily bad.
Envy of what? Looking like a sissy or a man with no taste with diamond watches?

I said buying 50 shirts per year during many years was not possible unless : you had a great job/salary you were "rich" you had nothing else to buy. I was talking about shirt @100/150 euros. The person added then he was talking about shirts of 50 USD shirts. I said it seemed more possible but anyway not usefull to have 150 shirts in his dressing. I added it took a lot of place... Thanks, but I can spend 2 500usd in shirts (50 shirts in the exemple) per year but I do not see why to buy so many shirts... So please tell me how you could have rankled me and on what? After all if it make your proud or happy to thing this, I do not care.

Ernest, I have concluded that you are just a pathetic Frenchman, and there is no point to pursue this any further. If you want to argue, then do not do so with me, whilst making childish comments on Diamonds. Moreover, if you were of a decent social/economical standing, and a European as you claim to be, I am sure that you would share my views on Diamonds. Notwithstanding the fact that you judge a watch by whether or not is has diamonds, instead of its looks, is really telling you something. Explain to me how knowing who has made my movement, is more important than knowing how it works, which you clearly have absolutely no idea about. I too could make immature comments on the French, but that would not be me. I too could make comments on the French in business (hence the closure of all my French operations) (not that I believe you are French) but that too would be childish. I am still eager to know what a PACHA is? About your FP, firstly it is not written on my Pasha, so how should I know, secondly, do you want me to waste my time on finding out rubbish like that? Secondly, WHAT IS JEAGER?
Who as made ? = justify the way it has been produced and so PRICE/VALUE of you watch... How it works? Where did I say I knew how anything works?People learn many years to understand the art of clockwork and of a tourbillon... Clockwork is not my job. Is it yours? I repeat : diamond on a man watch = vulgarity of new rich people trying to hide their lack of taste and education or their ethnic complex

About your FP, firstly it is not written on my Pasha, so how should I know, secondly, do you want me to waste my time on finding out rubbish like that? Secondly, WHAT IS JEAGER? By using your brain (searching) and tong (asking to Cartier) for exemple...The same way you have learnt your wonderfull knowledge about tourbillon... I have no PACHA, well up to your question I should not know anything about PACHA? Jeager? Search...use your brain...

About your FP, firstly it is not written on my Pasha, so how should I know = rather childish answer, is not it? You do not know what you buy? How can you know how it works if you even do not know how and by whom it is produced?

Thread Starter
Notice that you are talking to youself and only yourself. Moreover, if you want to make up bullshit, like whatever the hell a PACHA is, then go ahead, I assume you mean Pasha, and what the hell is a Jeager. I think that you own nothing but FAKE watches.
