Agreed. I've been to two RATM concerts, and they were both awesome. Probably the best, and second best concerts I've ever been to. Tom Morello live is something everyone should witness at least once. I don't agree with most of their political messages at all, but Zach de la Rocha has a great voice, and Tom Morello is probably the greatest guitar player I've ever heard, bar none. I still remember when people accused RATM of using synthesizers on one of their albums, because no one had ever heard anything like it before, then Tom Morello went on MTV and played the part that was being talked about live. Truly amazing stuff.

MTV used to have music on?

I saw them in Chicago during the Battle of L.A. tour.

You guys who say they're high energy must have been high when you saw them...it was one of the most boring shows I've ever been to. If I wanted to hear an artist play live and have it sound exactly like the album I'd go see Ashley Simpson.

With that said, Tom Morello is one hell of a musician.

While I wouldn't go so far as to call him the greatest, the things he used to do with a guitar was just awesome. I haven't really followed him since he went folk -- even more political than RATM -- so I'm glad to see them touring again.

Morrello is really amazing. I thought Chris Cornell as lead for Audioslave was a mistake. That band is fantastic, but cursed by bad lead singers. Like an alternate reality spinal tap.

The styleforum anthem:

Since the Prehistoric ages and the days of ancient Greece
Right down through the Middle Ages
Planet earth kept going through changes
And then no renaissance came, and times continued to change
Nothing stayed the same, but there were always renegades

That's our song, bitches!

I like the fact that they got the British Christmas number one single in a viral campaign to prevent some Cowell talent show incubus from taking it (even if both acts are on the same label).

Are they working on a new album as well, or just touring?

Yeah, it is really tough to find a good band that likes to go to war with other countries these days...

I love the music, and although I don't agree with all their lyrics and opinions- I appreciate them. They added something that was lacking and is lacking in music in my opinion.

I don't like how the lead singer sounds like a young Jerry Lewis at times.
