cross posting because I made some burger buns: Made these burgers, typical bad boy shit. Started by making some buns: Finished product, pre-burg'ing Recipe for buns is here, I've used it about 4 or 5 times now and it doesn't fail. I do an egg wash before baking and usually use black sesame seeds on top. They freeze nicely, just split them, wrap in saran wrap, and then put into a ziploc, then thaw and toast before eating. http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/burger...ns/Detail.aspx

I have been test baking organic bread and rolls for my business here are some of the results. The rolls are from a no knead dough. I am using a convection oven w/ the fan off and misting during the first 10 minutes of baking.
