Recipe for buns is here, I've used it about 4 or 5 times now and it doesn't fail. I do an egg wash before baking and usually use black sesame seeds on top. They freeze nicely, just split them, wrap in saran wrap, and then put into a ziploc, then thaw and toast before eating.
