Left Field Spring/Summer 2011: Slim Chinos

This season we continue to stock our 2 favorite colors and fabrics, olive twill and organic khaki canvas. The fit is the same as previous season, but the tag is drastically different, so watch the measurements. The organic cotton duck is the same fabric as previous collections, the olive twill is slightly different as it is a touch heavier weight and a bit darker olive color (though in sunlight the color looks identical as previous collections). Our next Left Field pant shipment will be here in a couple weeks with chambray and hickory striped shorts.

I really like the olive Left Field chinos on the Hickoree's site, but I'm nervous the leg opening of 8.75" is too big. I like my chinos/jeans around 8" and my dress pants around 7.5". Anyone know if those on the Hickoree's site shrink at all? I get a lot of stuff tapered, but my tailor never does a great job at making it look as if that's the way they came. I feel like I can always tell.

The new coin pocket says yes. As far as I know their denim is all the same cut so it should be.

RELEASE THE FALL LINE ALREADY, DAMN YOU! baldy[1].gif

Concur with release F/W please.

Just wanted to say I have gotten two LF pieces in the past three weeks that are awesome.

1. The tweed denims. So sick, like no denims I have ever seen. I can't wait to wear them in a bit, but they already have a very interesting character.
2. The deadstock indigo reverse weave swatshirt. This is already my favorite sweatshirt. I have the Buzz one as well, and like this more. It is just a perfect blue crewneck.

Go LF go.

Anybody know of a place to get either the duck or Japanese twill in 36 on sale? Mortar sold out both times I tried to get them.

Left Field is really hitting it out of the park these days with their chinos. I own pairs of the duck canvas chinos in caramel and burgundy. They have broken in quite nicely and fit like they were custom made for me. I've been eyeing the Reverse Herringbone Tweed Denim Chinos for a while and probably need to kop them soon before they are gone.

Thanks for the heads up. Will have to kop a pair of the Reverse Herringbone as well, fabric's lovely. Still hurting from missing out on the burgundy chinos.

Oh man. The stuff looks awesome. Torn between caramel ducks and tweed chinos. New fabrics look really sweet.
