I cannot recommend Bodileys and Sarah highly enough. This is kind of heresy on SF but even if Pediwear is slightly cheaper, it is well-worth dealing with Bodileys just for their service and helpful attitude.

I definitely second this. Sarah has been extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful: great attitude, extremely attentive to emails, frequent order updates, etc. FYI she has informed me that they will soon start offering Alfred Sarget shoes once they get their website updated.
