This is called the "Engineer's jacket" I believe, or maybe the
"conductors" jacket. I have one in dark olive, boiled wool, which is amazingly warm. Because of the difference in materials, mine does not drape at all. The medium fits me very well through the shoulders and chest, snug but not uncomfortable, (39 chest) and a little roomy through the torso (30 waist). Length is nearly perfect. Surprisingly, the arms are slightly long (!!!) and that never happens to me (I am 5'11" with a 6'2" wingspan). There is a botton a the top, but I would never use it. Really nice. Lined pockets (in classic workman tradition) and internal pockets as well.
