I'm gonna blame this one on Coach Bob, because I have to blame it on somebody. Findley and Clark should have been nowhere near the starting lineup, and there's no way in hell Edu would have given up that early goal. Left himself with no subs for the last 30, Altidore was garbage the whole game. Fuck.
Yea, i wasn't a fan of the starting lineup either. I understand that he wanted to experiment or something from something he saw in film but if it doesn't work then you have to make aggressive substitutions.
But yea, the US forwards and mids just don't have much skill, touch or control and aren't really creative enough to turn chances into high percentage chances. Donovan played well and i wonder if he'll bolt for europe for the upcoming club season
