Maybe I'm overly when it comes to anything North Korean, but isn't it possible they were trying to slip a fast one by the FIFA folks and get an extra striker on the squad? I would think you'd rather have an extra striker than a third keeper.

I never have anyone to root for in the world cup. Canada never qualifies and my ancestry doesn't provide much help: I'm half French and half Ukrainian. The Ukraine is never in it and who wants to admit to being French? WHO DO I CHEAR FOR?
