Safest way to make illegal $ ?

Just curious about what you generally consider to be the safest (not getting caught) way of making cash illegally. The larger the amounts, the better.

A guy I met (you know a guy's trouble when he refers to himself as "Jake the Snake") while on a long backpacking trip apparently followed the Grateful Dead one year. He'd target local kids who came to the concerts (not other groupies). He purchased a few vials of liquid LSD. Gave drops for trials and then sold vials of water to the eventual purchasers.
He also ran a scam where he did a "charity" raffle. His father owned a cue stick making company, so he raffled off a $250 cue stick that he paid $125 for. Raffle tickets were $10.00 a piece.

if you are in the us, go to new orleans and start stealing ad murderign the victims. the rate of resloved murder cases there is pretty low. perfect way to get soem money to begin other activities, for the 2 above you need some capital to do.

Ask grandmother for money Fabricate absurd and farfetched story regarding climate change and then sell technology to counteract the 'problem'. Start affair with teacher and then proceed to blackmail said person Sell elephant skin shoes The list goes on.

Slip and fall in various high net worth establishments and then file a lawsuit claiming pain and suffering.

Step out in front of a Rolls or Bentley or Bugatti, then file a lawsuit.

Basic formula:
Do xyz, get hurt, then file a lawsuit. . .
