Tom Cruise's shoes are also skilfully shaped to hide well under his trouser hems without having a clumsy break. Perhaps there is untapped potential in extending the length of your pants.

To the OP, have you thought of going bespoke? I can't imagine it being too difficult to sneak in a few cm's at Lobb's or Beluti's if you can engineer the shoes from scratch. Personally, I think you have a solid height. Any taller, you won't be able to help old ladies crossing the street.

Lordosis (Wikipedia) I hope your doctor has given you permission to wear the funny shoes because wearing those things with your medical condition without oversight sounds pretty fucking stupid to me. How about asking a specialist about appropriate shoes and requirements for your condition?
