Not C&J. That seller is an idiot. He does that all the time. He just picks a random maker. I wouldn't trust that guy.

I don't know - I thought he had to be wrong until I saw the pictures. That sole bears many similarities to a C&J sole. The stitching and nail pattern on the sole looks very similar to my C&J's for Polo, and doesn't look like any of my EG's or Grenson's.

They are Grenson. It doesn't change the fact that he deliberately lies to make sales either. Here's his last attempt to label some Grensons as Edward Green.

Edward Green monks. Looks like a decent BIN. Half a size too small for me.

Thank you. I am a 10.5D, but some English shoes require that you size down a full size, so I am hoping this is the case here. The last looks round enough for this to be the case.

You're welcome. I'm a 10.5D as well and had a similar thought, but $175 is too much for me to take a gamble with right now. Though, I probably could have flipped them. Oh well - glad a forum member got them!

As before, I'm shilling the stuff linked in my sig, most of which has already been loaded now. I'm returning to the forum only to do this before making my absence as permanent as I can. So this is shameless shilling for the sale threak linked in my signature.

H&H silk scarf with hunting motif, try throwing in an offer?

Really lovely blue woven tie for the Savoy Tailors Guild:

Handsome H&H tie:

These are pretty amazing: full-size silk scarves by Gieves prior to its early 1970s merger with Hawkes, back when it was a naval outfitters on Bond St. The first one is a printed scene of court, my guess would be Charles II. The second is printed with motifs of Admiral Nelson. Would be great to get these and then take them to G&H to use in lining a coat!

GPH on EBAY use CGRAPEVINEHILLJN for 20% off, and then BCB for 8%

http://myworld.ebay.com/grapevinehill/

If they have your size w/ BIN, Garran's (monk boot) become around 288$ and Macon's (jodphurs) becomes 270
