I don't know much about the shoes but do you realize that the seller is charging $58.00 for shipping?

Really, I've also been watching those and they ship for $15 on my screen.

the things that concern me are the sizing an the fact that they look less like suede and more like that horrible smooth nubuck you see on footjoys.

do you think that flaw will come out of the left shoe?

I was interested in them as well and did a google search.  Looks like they usually sell for around $50-$75 used but that's about all I found.  I'd have to agree with you on the suede, it looks kind of smooth and lifeless.

Yeah, it sucks when you find a hidden gem on ebay and then someone goes and advertises it to a gillion other people.tounge.gif

He says, it's a M size tag, but fits like a XL, which I think is hard to believe, but we'll see.

Could be right, duffles are sometime those things that manufacturers make extra big and baggy.

I had a tagged medium PRL duffle that fit more like an XL, like 26" chest etc, I also tried on a Barneys kinda duffle coat that was tagged 40, but had like a 27" chest.

Could be true, but I read somewhere that duffles are usually a bit more "baggy", they arent really supposed to be slim fit.

We'll see.

THIS is what I like about buying & selling great shoes. I know that only maybe 5% of what I like is gonna be in my size. However, knowing that I can re-sell them lets me to get more acquainted with some real cool stuff. Ya don't know sh*t unless you've actually handled them. Good for research purposes & for forming informed opinions, i think.

By the way, my "party couch" from college is a dead give-away! Great old thing and full of memories... and maybe some other stuff as well...
